  7. Once the mixtures hardens prepare yourself for brown hands. Scoop out a tablespoon of the mixture and rolls between your hands. Once all the balls are formed put back into the fridge for at least half an hour. You can prepare your toppings in the meantime.
  8. When rolling your truffles anything nuts and pretzels make sure to press gently on the balls when you roll them in the topping so it sticks. Put them in the fridge until ready to serve.
